Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players, parents and guardians participating in any programme organised by The Spanish Way FC, including weekly training sessions, matches, football camps, tours, private coaching and special events. By completing a registration or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Definitions

‘Club’ means The Spanish Way FC LTD

‘Parent’ means the parent or legal guardian responsible for the player.

‘Player’ means the child registered with the Club.

‘Programme’ includes all training sessions, matches, football camps, tours, trials, tournaments and events.

‘Fees’ means all registration fees, term fees or other charges payable to the Club.

Registration and Acceptance

Registration is only confirmed once the registration form has been completed and the required payment has been received.

The Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration where it considers this necessary for operational, safeguarding or disciplinary reasons. Any amendments to these Terms will be published by the Club and will take effect from the published date.

Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid by the due date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Players with overdue accounts may be unable to participate in training sessions, matches or other Club activities until payments have been brought up to date.

The Club reserves the right to recover outstanding fees, including reasonable administration and recovery costs where applicable.

Cancellation and Refunds

Registration fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for term fees will only be considered in exceptional circumstances or where required by law.

Sessions cancelled due to extreme weather, venue closures, government restrictions or circumstances outside the Club’s reasonable control may be rearranged where reasonably possible but do not automatically give rise to a refund.

Any request to cancel a player’s membership must be submitted in writing by email to The Spanish Way FC LTD.

The Club operates a one full calendar month’s notice policy. If we receive your cancellation notice at any time during a calendar month, your membership will end on the last day of the following calendar month.

This means that one further payment will be due after your cancellation notice has been received. For example, if we receive your cancellation request on 10 May, your membership will remain active until 30 June, and your final payment will be collected during the notice period.

Players may continue to attend all scheduled training sessions and Club activities during the notice period, provided all payments remain up to date.

Cancellation requests will only be considered received once The Spanish Way FC LTD has acknowledged them in writing. If you do not receive confirmation within five (5) working days, you should contact the Club to ensure your cancellation notice has been received.

Parent Responsibilities

Parents are responsible for ensuring that all emergency contact details and medical information remain accurate and up to date.

Parents must ensure that players arrive on time, are collected promptly and wear appropriate football clothing and footwear.

The Club must be informed of any medical condition that could affect participation.

Player Behaviour

Players are expected to demonstrate respect towards teammates, coaches, match officials, opposition players and spectators at all times.

Bullying, abusive language, discrimination, violence or repeated disruptive behaviour may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the Club without refund.

Health and Safety

Participation in football involves an inherent risk of injury. The Club takes reasonable steps to provide a safe environment but cannot eliminate all risks associated with sport. Parents confirm that the player is medically fit to participate and agree to inform the Club immediately of any injury or illness affecting participation.

Photography, Video and Data Protection

Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken for coaching analysis, promotional material or social media.

If you wish your child to have photos taken, please inform the club.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and used only for legitimate Club purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Otherwise, the Club shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in Club activities.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Spanish Way FC LTD reserves the right to review and update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will apply to all future bookings and memberships.
