At The Spanish Way FC, we are 100% committed to delivering the highest quality of coaching and care for all our players
Our team are UEFA/FA qualified and all must hold a current DBS certification. The team is fully trained in our safeguarding practices. All our coaches carry a first aid kit to all our sessions in case of any unprecedented situations.
To ensure a high quality level of coaching, the club supports all our coaches to gain valuable qualifications as well as regular in house masterclass sessions. Our style is unique, its what seperates us from any club. Our DNA is based on coaching in the Spanish Methodology, our coaches are all trained to deliver high intensity sessions and correcting technique rather than the facilitator approach
